Passport Requirements: Original, signed passport valid for 6 months beyond stay in Saudi Arabia, with at least two adjacent blank visa page available for Saudi visa stamp and Saudi entry stamps. Amendment pages in the back of the passport are not suitable for a Saudi Arabia visa.
Washington DC: If applying for this visa with a passport issued after January 1st, 2012, the Embassy of Saudi Arabia requires a letter from the applicant stating whether the traveler had a Saudi Arabian visa in their previous passport. If so, provide the dates of validity and number of entries for the most recent Saudi Arabian visa held and state whether that visa has been used for entry to Saudi Arabia.

Official Invitation from Saudi Arabia: Document certified by both the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The invitation should include inviting company's location and type of business. In addition, it must clearly state the applicant's name, nationality, position, length of visa, purpose of travel, and number of entries requested. The registration number of the host company will be printed on the invitation. No Chamber of Commerce certification is needed for invitations issued by a government company such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Saudi Arabian Airlines, Ma'aden, or the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority.

Business Letter:
Letter from employer or sponsoring company in the US, on company letterhead, introducing the applicant, indicating the applicant's employment status/position held in the company, and clearly stating the purpose of visit to Saudi Arabia. The business letter must also indicate who will be financially responsible for the applicant and must provide detailed contact information in Saudi Arabia.

a)Original and one copy of College or University Degree, must correspond to the field of employment, together with official transcripts notarized and sealed by the registrar's office, and the social security number of the applicant. (When being shipped directly from the University applicant name must be placed on the outside of sealed envelope) - OR - Original and one copy of Technical Training Certificates, notarized and authenticated by your State Secretary.
b) A
Letter of Authorization for the authentication of documents.
c) A release letter from the previous employer, if the applicant has worked in Saudi Arabia before. This applies only if the last employment in the Saudi Arabia ended within the last three (3) years.
Houston jurisdiction: if applying in Houston, a
Letter of Authorization is required.

b) The original and one copy of the employment contract signed by both the sponsor and the applicant and with the seal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The position mentioned in the contract should match the position mentioned in the block visa reference, and should be supported by the academic degree and major of the applicant.

Criminal Record: Police report clearance certificate.

Medical Requirements: Three
Medical Report forms with three attached photographs and three copies of lab results. A licensed physician must sign each form and certify that the applicant is free of any contagious disease. The license number and address of the physician should appear on each copy along with a stamp from the medical facility or seal from the Department of Health. Medical reports must be used within three (3) months from the date of issuance.
