Saudi Arabian Work Visa Requirements for US Citizens:
A valid passport and Saudi visa are required to work in Saudi Arabia.
Original, signed passport valid for 6 months beyond stay in Saudi Arabia, with at least two adjacent blank visa page available for Saudi visa stamp and Saudi entry stamps. Amendment pages in the back of the passport are not suitable for a Saudi Arabia visa.
If applying for this visa with a passport issued after January 1st, 2012, the Embassy of Saudi Arabia requires a letter from the applicant stating whether the traveler had a Saudi Arabian visa in their previous passport. If so, provide the dates of validity and number of entries for the most recent Saudi Arabian visa held and state whether that visa has been used for entry to Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Arabian Visa Application Form
One original Saudi Arabia visa application per applicant properly completed and signed, plus one copy. Improperly completed Saudi Visa Application forms may delay the processing of your Saudi Arabian visa.
Handwritten applications are not accepted.
Saudi Arabia Visa Application Good Conduct Form
One recent 2 x 2 passport type photograph, in color, front view and with a plain/white background.
2 photos are required.
OR - you can upload a passport photo to the Global Service Order Form when you place your order, instead of providing physical passport photos.
a)Original and one copy of College or University Degree, must correspond to the field of employment, together with official transcripts notarized and sealed by the registrar's office, and the social security number of the applicant. (When being shipped directly from the University applicant name must be placed on the outside of sealed envelope) - OR - Original and one copy of Technical Training Certificates, notarized and authenticated by your State Secretary.

c) A release letter from the previous employer, if the applicant has worked in Saudi Arabia before. This applies only if the last employment in the Saudi Arabia ended within the last three (3) years.

Official Invitation from Saudi Arabia:
Original and one copy of letter from the sponsoring company, certified by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and Industry and with the seal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This letter must indicate the block visa number and date, as well as the position and name of the applicant. The letter must include the number and date of the visa approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or its branches in Jeddah or Dammam.
The original and one copy of the employment contract signed by both the sponsor and the applicant and with the seal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The position mentioned in the contract should match the position mentioned in the block visa reference, and should be supported by the academic degree and major of the applicant.
Proof Of Departure:
Emergency requests must be submitted with an itinerary or copy of tickets.
New York and Houston:
A computer generated flight itinerary from the airline or travel agency or copy of airline tickets is required with all applications.
Police report clearance certificate.

The license number and address of the physician should appear on each copy along with a stamp from the medical facility or seal from the Department of Health. Medical reports must be used within three (3) months from the date of issuance.

The enjaz registration will be processed as part of the application process. In all other locations, enjaz registration must be completed before the application can be submitted.
To apply in Houston, Los Angeles, or Washington DC, Travisa can process this Registration.

it is important to print a copy of the registration and payment confirmation pages to include with your application.
Applicants must be physically present in the United States to apply for a Saudi Arabian Work Visa, and must be able to prove this to the satisfaction of the Saudi Consulate. If the applicant has ever been in Saudi Arabia the Exit Letter must be attached inside the passport. If the passport has no previous Saudi Arabian visa and Exit Letter, the Consulate may require additional documentation such as a notarized letter attesting the applicant is in the US, or in some cases may require a personal interview.
Global Service Order Form

Saudi Arabia Visa Validity:
Saudi visa validity is dependent on the the letter of invitation from Saudi Arabia provided with the visa application and is at the discretion of the Saudi Arabian Consulate.
Saudi Arabian Visa Processing Time:
A Saudi visa is usually processed in 4 to 7 business days after all materials, including signed enjaz forms, have been received by our company.

In order to ensure that visa applications for most embassies/consulates are submitted on the day that we receive them, they should be shipped to us via FedEx Priority Overnight (not First Overnight or Standard Overnight).
Non-refundable tickets or reservations should not be purchased until all visas and passports are secured and in your possession.
